Escape Road City 2 unblocked takes the voxel getaway formula off the open road and squeezes it into a sprawling city, then makes the streets fight back. It is the direct sequel to Escape Road City and the districts are the main upgrade: multi-segment layouts, far more junctions and back-to-back corners chained tighter and faster than anything in the first game, so you are reacting almost continuously rather than settling into long straights. The police AI is more aggressive too, cutting angles and boxing you against buildings instead of simply trailing behind, and the urban hazards leave much less room for a sloppy line. Coins sit on the few straight stretches you get, and banking them spins a lucky wheel that unlocks faster vehicles - which is both the reward and the trap, since the quickest cars are the hardest to place through the tight district corners. Like the rest of the series you can leave your car on foot, swim, grab a replacement vehicle or even parachute down when a route opens up above you. The road-based entries are Escape Road 2 and Escape Road 3.
Controls stay deliberately minimal: A / Left Arrow - steer left, D / Right Arrow - steer right, S / Down Arrow - reverse, Spacebar - get out of or into a vehicle. On a phone or tablet, tap the left or right half of the screen. Because City 2 chains its corners, the single biggest improvement you can make is shortening your inputs - tap to turn and release immediately, rather than holding a direction through the bend and over-rotating into the next one. Look at the corner after the one you are taking, since the layouts repeat in recognisable combos and reading the pattern early is what keeps your momentum up. Do not brake into turns if you can help it; carrying speed through a clean line loses the police far more reliably than slowing down and letting them catch up. Only detour for coins on genuine straights, and when the lucky wheel gives you a faster car, spend a run or two learning how much wider it swings before you rely on it. If your vehicle is pinned or wrecked, bail out with Spacebar and take anything parked nearby - staying mobile matters more than what you are driving.
