Escape Road 3 unblocked is the biggest entry in the AZ Games getaway series to date, released in 2026, and it turns a simple police chase into a full sandbox. You still play an escape driver with the law permanently on your bumper, but the world has opened right up: cities, deserts, suburbs and open ocean are all in play, and you can hijack more than 90 vehicles across land, water and air - police cruisers, boats, planes, gliders, even container ships. On top of that sits a collection layer the earlier games never had. Over 30 unlockable characters let you change your playstyle rather than just your paint job, support items add powers you trigger mid-chase, and combining vehicles, items and characters can produce a Spectral Car or one of the Mythic Cars, the rarest and most powerful rides in the game. There are even side modes tucked inside it - F1 racing, zombie battles, treasure hunting and alien invasions. Start at Escape Road 2 if you want the pure chase, or take the urban version in Escape Road City 2.
Escape Road 3 uses more inputs than the earlier games: A / Left Arrow - steer left, D / Right Arrow - steer right, S / Down Arrow - reverse, Spacebar - enter or leave a vehicle, F - trigger the power-up you are carrying, Tab - pause, Right Mouse Button - aim the handgun, Left Mouse Button - fire it. Treat vehicles as disposable. Every chase is won by switching at the right moment, so when the road runs out at a shoreline, look for a boat instead of trying to turn around, and when the terrain opens up, a glider will lose the police far faster than any car. Save your power-up for the moment you are genuinely boxed in rather than firing it the second the bar fills. Aiming the handgun slows you down, so only draw it when you have a straight run ahead or you are already on foot. Collect everything you pass on safe straights - cash and items feed the unlock system, and the Mythic Cars that come out of it make later runs dramatically easier. If a mini-game prompt appears, it is a safe way to bank rewards without the police pressure.
