Eaglercraft 1.12.2 is a browser version of Minecraft 1.12.2, the World of Color update, so you can mine, build and survive without installing the game. Compared with the older Eaglercraft 1.8.8, this version adds a lot of things players love: concrete and glazed terracotta in sixteen colors, parrots that dance to music, shulker boxes that keep their items when you break them, elytra wings for gliding, totems that save you from death, and shields for blocking arrows. Combat is also different, with a cooldown bar after every swing, so timing your hits matters more than clicking fast. You can create a survival world, a creative world for big builds, or join multiplayer servers to play with others. Your single-player worlds are stored in the browser, so you can come back to the same base later on the same device.
Move with W, A, S, D, jump with Space, sprint by double-tapping W and sneak with Shift so you do not fall off edges. Look around with the mouse, hold the left button to mine or attack, and right-click to place blocks, eat food or use items. Press E to open your inventory and crafting grid, 1 to 9 to choose a hotbar slot, Q to drop an item, T to chat and F5 to change the camera. On your first day, punch a tree for wood, craft a crafting table and wooden tools, then build a small shelter before night falls. After a swing, wait for the cooldown bar to refill before hitting again to deal full damage. If the game feels slow on an older computer, lower the render distance in the video settings.
