Overview

Slope

Slope unblocked is the original 3D endless runner that started the whole series, released by Y8 Games in 2014 and still one of the most played browser games in school and office labs. You control a green ball rolling down a neon-lit course that is procedurally generated on every single run, so no two descents ever look the same. There are no lives, no checkpoints and no power-ups - the only things between you and a new personal best are the red obstacle blocks, the narrow bridges and the open gaps where the track simply ends. The catch is speed: the longer you survive, the faster the ball rolls, until the course is flying past quicker than you can consciously read it. That is exactly why Slope rewards instinct over memorisation, and why a run that felt comfortable at 20 seconds becomes frantic at 60. If you want more of the same low-poly, high-speed formula, try Slope 3, Slopey and the split-screen Slope 2 Players.

How to Play?

Control and achieve victory:

Slope needs exactly two controls: Left Arrow / A - steer the ball left, Right Arrow / D - steer the ball right. The ball accelerates by itself, so there is no gas or brake and no way to slow down. Use short taps rather than holding a direction, because on a fast section a held key will carry you straight off the edge before the next turn arrives. Keep the ball near the middle of the track whenever the layout allows it, since a centred ball can dodge either way while a ball hugging the rim only has one escape route. Read the course two or three segments ahead instead of watching the ball itself - by the time an obstacle is next to you it is already too late to react. Red blocks end your run instantly, so treat them as walls, and when a narrow bridge appears, line yourself up early and commit rather than correcting halfway across. Falling off the side restarts you immediately, which makes Slope perfect for quick attempts between classes.
