Plants vs. Zombies GOTY Edition is the full version of the much-loved lawn defense game: zombies shuffle in from the street and only the plants in your garden stand between them and your house. You build an economy out of sunflowers, choose a handful of seed packets before every level, and then fight across 50 adventure stages that move from a sunny yard to a dark night lawn full of graves, a backyard pool, thick fog and finally a sloped roof where Dr. Zomboss is waiting in his robot. Beyond the story there are mini-games like Wall-nut Bowling, the Vasebreaker and I, Zombie puzzles, Survival stages and a Zen Garden to look after. Use the mouse for everything: click a seed packet, then click a tile on the lawn to plant it, and click the falling sun to collect it before it fades. Build two columns of Sunflowers early, put Peashooters and Repeaters behind a line of Wall-nuts, and save sun for a Cherry Bomb when the big flag wave arrives. Each lawn mower only saves a row once, so patch weak rows fast, and on night levels switch to cheap mushrooms because no sun falls from the sky.
