2v2.io is an online third-person shooter where building is just as important as aiming. You and a partner face another team of two in a small arena, and every encounter turns into a contest of who can place walls, ramps and floors faster, climb above the other team and then cut a window into their own wall to land the finishing shot. The opponents are real players on live servers, so no two rounds play out the same way, and you can also queue for 1v1 duels or quick box fights when you want to practise on your own. You do not need to sign up: play as a guest, choose a name and you are in the lobby within seconds. Move with W, A, S and D, jump with Space and aim with the mouse; left click shoots or places a build piece and right click aims down sights. Use the number keys or the mouse wheel to swap between your assault rifle, shotgun, sniper and SMG. Walls, floors, ramps and roofs each have their own key, and the edit key lets you click tiles on your build to open a door or window; check the settings to see or change every key. When you get shot, put up a wall straight away instead of shooting back in the open, then build a ramp to gain height. In 2v2, attack the same enemy as your teammate so the fight ends fast. If the game feels slow, lower the graphics quality in settings. An internet connection is needed because every match is online.
